Every customer’s experience is important to us, which is why we have a strong door-to-door distribution system, set in place to ensure that every customer gets a personalised delivery service. Our state-of-the-art distribution centre in Cape Town spans 200 000m³ and was built with this purpose in mind. We also have a cross-dock facility in Johannesburg, which has the potential to be expanded.

 

Using a combination of local couriers, owner-drivers or independent service providers, orders are delivered from our distribution centres straight to our customer base that’s dispersed across the country. Over 60% of merchandise is delivered to our customers’ homes using this combination. The use of owner-drivers or independent service providers provides them with regular and secure revenue.

 

We also have strong back-end processes put in place, in the event that the customer wishes to return their order. Additionally, our IT and warehouse teams are constantly collaborating and creating new methods to maximise efficiency and improve the customer’s experience.
